Crowne Plaza London Docklands has been working with Louise at Aisling Consultancy for the past 18 months on a range of projects. At the start of 2022, the hotel realised that it needed to further define its identity, both to guests and also the team that work here. We set out on a journey which was fully facilitated by Louise to clearly specify our Vision, Mission and Values; this started with our colleagues and then the management team.
